Shipping (Canada only):

We calculate shipping costs using tools provided by "Dicom", "Purolator" or "Canada Post".

Shipping is free for any purchase of $ 150 or more (before taxes and not including environmental and core charges). When you send us a part (s) from the basket, Nordiques will calculate the delivery costs as follows:

If your order value is:
  • For orders over $ 150.00, (regular) transport will be free.
  • Pick up in store: Of course, no delivery costs
  • For orders under $ 150.00, a minimum $ 15 charge will apply.
We will do our best to ensure that our delivery costs match those stated above. We do not consider transport costs as a source of profit but as customer service and on the contrary, we pass on to you our volume discounts that we have acquired from them. For certain shipments, additional transport costs may have to be invoiced in excess. Some examples of exclusion:

We cannot ship batteries containing acid (hazardous material) *
  • Additional charge from our supplier for shipping directly to you, our customer.
  • Additional delivery charges will be charged for orders with a delivery weight exceeding 50 pounds (22 Kg) (actual or cubed). In this case, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to give you the amount of the delivery costs.
  • The costs of multiple boxes.
  • The impact of choosing a safer and / or more efficient method depending on the region where we must send the order.
If one or more of these situations comes into play for your order (s), an advisor will contact you to see the different options.

Please give us 24 hours to process your order. Orders received before noon (Eastern Time) will usually ship the same day but we cannot guarantee this at all times. Orders received on weekends cannot be delivered before Monday. The customer is responsible for providing us with an address where the carriers have access to deliver. The transport costs related to a wrong address or not deliverable will be invoiced thereafter. Reception at destination will be within 2 to 4 working days.

Return (new, cores or defective): Everything we sell is returnable (see return policy) but Nordiques will not assume the cost of transport.
Outside of Canada: Currently, Nordiques Inc. does not ship outside of Canada.
